Cats are extremely popular as dogs and cats. They are also beautiful, fluffy and affectionate, but much more self-reliant than canines. Most cats can be remaining alone all day (or even overnight) without ill-effect. Felines tend to eat much less that pet dogs (with the exception of the toy variety of dog), and they don't require double daily walks, interval training, or constant supervision. Felines and kittens are super easy to house-train, too. Just provide them with a litter-box plus some litter saved in a peaceful area of the basement, and you can be confident your pet cat will litter educate itself.
The unconditional love and unbridled enjoyment a dog or doggie can truly add to your daily life is unmatched in the pet world. Canines are furry bundles of love, and dog ownership offers benefits. It teaches your kids to be good listeners, compassionate, and moral people. It helps kids understand how to be accountable for another living creature. And puppies really do provide companionship.
