Ask any visitor that involves visit to take care of the puppy around; touching the paws and feeling in between the toes; using the ears; providing restrained hugs; using the mouth area and starting the mouth putting your finger on the puppy's tongue. If possible expose your puppy to children and educate them how to handle the doggy properly. Constantly be sure when children and young dogs are playing alongside one another they are supervised. You do not want the children to experience too roughly with the puppy dog and you don't want the dog getting so hyped up by antics of children and becomes out of control.
Puppy preschool or kindergarten is a superb avenue for socialization with other puppies of an identical time. However, the turmoil comes from the question of dog vaccinations "is it safe to have a puppy out during this time?" This is a problem because on the one hands you want to train your puppy to be sociable but keep the puppy safe at exactly the same time.
